The church will be open to visitors and there will also be an opportunity to visit the Ringing Chamber in the Tower to lean about bell ringing. Refreshments also available.

The first stone of St. Matthew's Church was laid on 23rd November 1826 and consecrated on 9th November 1827. So we are gearing up for a year of celebrating 200 years, and will have a programme of events available.
