194 year old St Patrick's Church - Open day and organ recital.

Visit Huddersfield's oldest Catholic Church, currently undergoing £500,000 restoration in preparation for 200th Anniversary of the opening of the Church in March 1832.
The event will feature displays and information about the history and development of the Church and the Parish of Holy Redeemer.
Including the history of the growth of Catholic Education in the town.
Update on the research for the creation of Remembrance Plaque.
Malcolm Hinchcliffe will give an Organ Recital 13.30 - 14.00, showcasing the recently installed (2009) Skrabl Pipe Organ.

We are located approximately half a mile from both railway and bus stations, you need to use the subway to cross under the ring road. There is limited car parking available at the rear of Church, access is from Fitzwilliam Street. There is To Pay For parking spaces available outside church.
