St Wilfrid’s church is tucked away in the beautiful village of South Stainley. Built in 1840 and set in the middle of the stunning Yorkshire countryside St Wilfrid’s is a small but beautifully formed country church with some stunning architectural details. With exquisite stained glass windows, hand crafted original woodwork and a very rare reed organ there is much to see and enjoy in our peaceful village church. Local volunteers will have decorated the church with stunning flower displays available for one week only. Come and enjoy the beauty and peace before exploring further.

Accessibility details
Our rural church is up steep steps and sadly does not have wheelchair access. There is no running water at the church and no toilets. All dogs are welcome.

The church is open daily for this event with information available within the church. There will be no local experts on hand. Refreshments will be available to purchase at weekends only.
