St. Wilfrid's Parish Church Open Day

A chance to look around this Grade 2 listed Medieval Parish Church in Cantley, Doncaster.
There has been a church on this site since the 11th century.
The medieval church was transformed by Sir Ninian Comper, (perceived to be one of the last Gothic revival architects) in 1894, whose additions of altar, stained glass, rood screen and statuary form the most complete and best examples of the work of this renowned ecclesiastical architect in the region.
