Our Parish Church stained glass windows have a story to tell!

This is a unique opportunity to view the Church's stained glass windows with a guided talk about the stories they tell around the development of Castleford, particularly during Victorian times. The Church will be open between 10 am and 4 pm on Saturday the 12th September for visitors to call in and see the ecclesiastical sculptures by John Skeaping, look at the windows and enjoy refreshments. The guided talk on the windows will be at 2 pm. It will also be a refreshment stop for the morning's guided walk 'Beyond Moore - A Town Centre Trail' calling at the Church at around 11.15 am.
