Meet long term resident John Richards to explore the village of Staunton, near Monmouth. Meet at the village hall, where there is good parking and facilities. Follow John to visit All Saints Church and graveyard, and hear stories of the Church and village including the Mushet gravestones.This will be followed an opportunity to explore the centre of this fascinating village.
You are invited to join the village coffee morning or pub lunch at the White Horse or enjoy a picnic if you would like to join John at 1400 on the Meend to explore Staunton further.

Directions:
Staunton is on the A4136 which runs through the Forest of Dean to Monmouth. Parking is at the Village Hall. If approaching from Coleford take the left turn opposite the church. If coming from Monmouth the turn is to the right.
