The Landmark Trust are opening Semaphore Tower for Heritage Open Days 2025. These free open days will be an opportunity to see inside our most recent Landmark restoration project and learn more about its history and restoration.
Weather permitting the roof will be open to visitors with stunning views over the Surrey Hills and full view of the magnificent operational semaphore arms.
Entry is free, pre-booking is preferred via Eventbrite.
Information will be provided detailing the building's history and a children's activity sheet will be available.

There is no parking at this building. Both car parks are around 15 minutes walk to the Semaphore Tower. There are clearly marked paths from both car parks up the hill to the tower. Look out for red and blue 'Chatley Heath' markers along the paths.

Semaphore Tower is located around 15 minutes walk from public car parks, over rough heathland that may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
The paths are clearly marked but are uneven and steep in places.
