The Coronation Park Footprint History

The Ormskirk Coronation Park was opened in June 1905 and was immediately a favourite place for both adults and children to enjoy the open spaces. Come along and learn about the land use and surrounding townscape prior to the park being built.
The walk takes approximately two hours and will be an in depth explanation of the what why and how related to the establishing of the beloved green space.
