The Dove River Church, Just off Church Street is an impressive building set back from the road linked to the Dove Hall. This Baptist Chapel was built in 1868.

The Dove River Church is a community Baptist church with a focus on families. With congregations meeting on the site since 1810 it has long been a location where the community joins together. Please visit the website for more details on current services and events.
Walk down the small lane which leads to the DOVE RIVER CHURCH. This Baptist Chapel was built in 1868 with a white brick façade (favoured for impressive fronts where stone was not available). It has grapevine details on either side of the central window and the building discoloured by the years, the brick — as with Suffolk reds is best left uncleaned, as it is so soft that the process can cause permanent damage.
