Experience the Dream Church at Milber, Newton Abbot, South Devon, where in 1931 the acclaimed Reverend and botanist William Keble Martin had a vision in his dream, and St Luke's Church was built. Learn about its history, construction, contemporary use, and the Reverend's best selling volume "The Concise British Flora in Colour" which was published in 1965, when he was 88.
A copy of The Concise British Flora in Colour will be on display, along with further illustrations, and with luck some presentation of local anecdotes.
A narrated mass will be at 11am which will allow those who are interested to experience the dream in fruition , and why the building was designed in the way that it was.
