Tour of one of the oldest domestic buildings in Farnham.

A 30 minute tour of this grade II listed cottage, built circa 1470, originally a three bay "Wealden" house with the middle bay open to the roof although a 17th century improvement added a brick chimney and a celling over the open hall. The house was built close up to the side of the hill and just across the river to the south of Farnham and would have been the first house of this important town seen by travellers from the south.
