Now used a private offices and not normally open to the public, The Old Courthouse is offering a unique opportunity to see inside this magnificent building. Having been painstakingly restored following the closure of the courthouse in 2011, The Old Courthouse boasts a wealth of original features and commanding architecture throughout. With one of the original courtrooms having been retained, you'll get to experience what a day in the life of a judge, jury member, or even defendant would be like! The tour also includes the original cells, complete with graffiti from those who were once held within them. You won't want to miss out on the chance to learn more about this fantastic building!

Please note that there is no disabled access to the building, or disabled facilities within (ie disabled toilet). Visitors can park in the main car park to the front of the court, but cars may only stay for the duration of the tour and must be moved upon leaving the building.
The building is now used as private offices. The owners have very kindly opened their doors for the festival, and therefore ask that visitors stay on the tour route and do not try to enter rooms that they are not guided into.
