Since 2014, the charity has expanded its aims and now looks to commemorate all Portsmouth region citizens who have served in this country’s armed forces, or who have lost their lives as a result of enemy action from 1914 to the present day.

There are two Blue Badge parking spaces on Stoke Road, very close to The Vine. Other on-road or close-by car parks. Level access throughout the venue. You will be able to purchase refreshments and pastries at The Vine, should you wish.
The Vine is a designated heritage asset in Gosport and has a history dating back to the early 19th Century when it was built as a tavern and tea garden. Having spent some years closed and in decline, it has since been renovated, now with a cafe-style atmosphere alongside the traditional pub setting, offering coffees, pastries, and various beers.
