Stewards on hand to accompany folk around the church, offering explanations and information. After two fires the present building opened in December 1909 with an overflowing congregation and Rev. Dr John Scott Lidgett preaching.

A fine organ was installed in 1910 which is still in use today. The church offered support during both World Wars by opening a canteen to feed men and women who were serving in the forces. On the day Stewards will be on hand to accompany people around the church and information.
• Displays of material relating to the history of the church - pictures, photos, records etc.
• Displays presenting a snapshot of current life of the church.
• Activities for children: simple craft, colouring
• Trail activity around features of the church, historical interest, quirky bits to notice... - for children (and adults)
• Refreshments: teas/coffees/squash, and cakes - donations for this
• Live organ playing, at intervals - recently renovated historic organ, which sounds amazing!!
