Professor Steve Harding - author of Ingimund’s Saga - takes us around one of the most historical sites in NW England – Cross Hill, believed to be the site of the “Thing” Assembly or parliament of Wirral’s Norse settlers –who colonised Wirral around AD902 and the years after.
