History and heritage of Victoria Hall Saltaire

Victoria Hall will be open from 11 am until 3 pm on 12 September. The Hall is a key building in Saltaire World Heritage site. It has had a range of uses since it was founded in Victorian times. The history of the Hall and of Saltaire World Heritage village will be on display with knowledgeable local historians to talk to. Entertainment includes Wurlitzer organ concerts and piano recitals in the beautiful Victorian main hall. The Hall was a key location in the recent film, The Choral. Trustees will be on hand to meet the public and talk about how the Hall is used and what else could happen in the future. Refreshments are available so the Hall can be enjoyed at leisure.
Entry is free to all visitors.
