Saturday 13th September There will be a Victorian Blacksmith demonstration at Navigation House, with an authentic Victorian forge. Demonstrating how this worked so people can experience the glow of the ironwork in real life!

As part of the Heritage Open days, on Saturday 13th September 2025 Navigation House will be hosting Vitriol Historical for an authentic Blacksmith demonstration outside the house.

From 10am-2pm come and watch as the Victorian Forge is used and experience the glow of the ironwork in real life!

We have wheelchair access to the ground floor. There are no on site facilities, however there are some very close by at the HUB. Accessible toilets are also available at the HUB.
