Discover St Matthews Church (1870), a Grade II listed building and major Hull landmark adjacent to the Anlaby Street Flyover.
Designed by Adams and Kelly, St Matthews Church boasts the tallest church spire in Hull which can be seen from far and wide. It is the oldest and largest of the three remaining Victorian Anglican church buildings in Hull. Following its closure in 2013, after almost 145 years of serving the local community, it was acquired by local housing charity Giroscope, who have transformed St Matthews into a one-of-a-kind, multifunctional space for enterprise and community.

How a housing charity brought it back to life’ - on Friday 12th September at 10:30 which will consist of a short presentation and panel discussion with Q&A offering first hand insight, from initial ideas to completion.
