The Bungalow, a three-and-a-half acre smallholding includes part of the Pleasure Garden with evergreens, rhododendrons, pinetum and a large laurel patch with a particular purpose. The Victorian stone-lined pond, shaped like a duck's head, has been restored with a new sluice gate and bridge. Water is discharged under the A25 from boreholes via a culvert.
