Free guided walk by the Burtons' St Leonards Society volunteers (a civic conservation charity since 1969) with 3 minute history bites, as we tuck in to nine picturesque spots.
Around a peaceful park set in its historic neighbourhood, Burtons' St Leonards has a picturesque sea view and necessarily a 1:5 gradient.
Circular, for a total of 90 minutes, please self assess whether you can manage safely on public pavements up a 1:5 gradient for 45 minutes of walking (plus breathing spots!)
Accessibility: step free but 1:5 gradients
Dogs on leads, 1 adult per 2 children, take care near bends on historic roads.
Shorter route ends at North Lodge, Maze Hill (tea optional and near transport), or further circle back to the seafront opposite the Royal Victoria Hotel (retail & transport options)
