A chance for members of the public, normally busy in the week, to visit the museum and view a display detailing the work of Whitchurch architect Walter Webb.

Whitchurch is renowned for being the only town in Shropshire to have been continually inhabited on the same site since being built in Roman times. So why not visit the volunteer-run Museum and find out about the history of Whitchurch and its surrounding villages ?

A special display for Heritage Open Days highlights the work of local architect and surveyor Walter Webb.
A leaflet "Walter Webb Walkabout" has been produced to give visitors an opportunity to view the exterior of more than a dozen buildings he designed in Whitchurch.
