We are displaying previously unseen maps, plans and drawings relating to both Broad House and the locality.

We are displaying items that have been in store for a long time and not been on public view, some of which include plans for a building in the town never actually erected. The main display will be upstairs in the Turner Room. but there will be some photographs downstairs.

Directions:
Lowestoft Museum is situated within Nicholas Everitt Park, a short walk away from the car parking areas which are at the front of the park. The ground floor is fully accessible but there are stairs to the upper floor. Public toilets are situated close by the museum (there are no public toilets inside). There is a large playground for children nearby. There is a cafe next door to the museum and several others in the vicinity, together with a number of pubs within easy walking distance. Visitors may arrive by car, bicycle, public transport (bus or train), boat or on foot.

The museum is open daily from 1-4pm and on Thursdays from 11-4pm.
