Westbury Arts Centre - Reflections: Form And Colour
Westbury Arts Centre, Foxcovert Road, Shenley Wood, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK5 6AA
Reflections: Form and Colour is a collaborative exhibition bringing together two artists - Tatiana Orlenok and Vilma Hing - one working in visual art, the other in contemporary jewellery. Their practices are rooted in a shared appreciation of nature and place, drawing inspiration from flowers, townscapes, historic architecture, and organic forms.
Through Vilma’s carefully crafted jewellery and Tatiana’s expressive paintings, the exhibition explores the relationship between form and surface, structure and movement. Vilma draws inspiration from the natural world, using metal and texture to reflect its delicate patterns and forms. Tatiana’s work focuses on nature and portraiture, using layered colour and organic shapes to capture both atmosphere and emotion.
Together, their practices invite quiet reflection, encouraging visitors to see beauty in everyday details: reimagined through skilled craftsmanship and thoughtful design.
