Taking in a Capability Brown and Repton landscape and having strong links to Thomas Gray, the poet, this is an unique opportunity to have a guided walk of historic sites spanning several centuries; Visit historic St. Giles' Church, which was mentioned in the Domesday Book, catch a glimpse of the grand Manor House built in 1555, the Thomas Gray Monument and tomb (1770's - 90's), walk through the peaceful Stoke Poges Memorial Gardens, now 80 years old and Grade 1 listed and have tea at the exclusive Stoke Park Mansion (1790's). The tour lasts approximately 2.5 hours. Tea at Stoke Park is restricted to 20 people, please book to ensure your place.
