The Church will be throwing open its doors, to celebrate HOD with performances from Sale Handbell Ringers, ‘Ye Olde Traditional Morris Men' and Cadishead Brass Band will be playing. The Choir will be singing requests. Highlights of the day include guided tours of the Church Tower and Belfry (every hour throughout the day), and for those who enjoy watching 'Who Do You Think You Are' with an interest in family history there will be a unique opportunity to view the Parish Registers. Various exhibitions showing off many of St Paul's hidden gems, with displays of artifacts, vestments and old photographs of the local area. Plus see where world famous scientist Professor James Prescott Joule worshipped. Traditional Children's Games, plus Punch and Judy, and Magic Shows. The Church Hall will become a Victorian Tea Room serving Afternoon Teas, delicious home-made cakes and sandwiches etc with Harpist Sarah Paterson playing from 12:30 to 2-30pm. There will be a barbeque on the south lawn from 12noon to 3pm.

Access Information
Full wheelchair access in and around the Parish Church except for Church Tower Tours.
Additional information
In the church hall throughout the day there will be a Victorian Tea Room serving delicious homemade cakes and sandwiches, freshly made scones with jam and clotted cream etc... and between 1pm to 3pm there will be a barbeque on the south lawn, along with strawberries and cream.
Directions
Parking available in Church Hall Car Park and Multi Story Car Park on the other side of Springfield Road. Two minute walk from Sale Metrolink Station - coming out of station turn left passing Sale Town Hall then first left on to Springfield Road the Church can be seen straight ahead. A56 Washway Road, two minute walk away - numerous buses operate along this road.
