Visit St Peter's church in its centenary year and and experience the church’s history.

Step inside St Peter’s Catholic Church in our centenary year to a warm welcome and the chance to experience the church’s history. Items of note include the Kings House plaque commemorating the French priests during the Napoleonic War, and the ancient north door, which started life as the doorway to the chapel of the Medieval Leper's Hospital on Morn Hill. There will also be historical photographs on display, telling the story of some of the events in the everyday life of the church.
