Experience access to Tamworth Castle's archives collection. See first hand new archives that have come into the Collections, and get to see archives for the first time. Talk to expert staff and volunteers on hand throughout the day showcasing the archives on display.
This is an accessible opportunity for those unable to access the Castle. Tamworth Castle has partnered with St Editha's Church, Tamworth in a new Pop-Up Museum & Art Gallery exhibition space in Ankerside Shopping Centre, next to the Barclays Bank stand.

Accessible toilets are available within Ankerside Shopping Centre, a short walk from the Pop Up Museum & Art Gallery. Please note that there are no toilet facilities inside the gallery.
During busy periods, visitors may be asked to wait for the next available expert / access and are welcome to explore the Pop Up Art Gallery and exhibition while they wait. Viewing of specific items from the Archives not on display is by appointment only. Requires pre-booking for a later date. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
