Join Hannah of Wheely Good Crochet, a member of Carrow House Creatives, for a relaxed and welcoming introduction to one of crochet’s most iconic techniques. In this one-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to create a traditional granny square - a versatile and accessible starting point for anyone new to crochet.

Guided step-by-step, Hannah will demonstrate the simple stitches and techniques needed to build your square, helping you gain confidence as you work. Granny squares are a brilliant foundation for a wide range of projects, from cosy blankets to garments and accessories, and can be combined in endless ways to create unique designs.

This session offers more than just a new skill, it’s an opportunity to slow down, enjoy the rhythm of making by hand, and connect with a craft that has been passed down through generations.
