A chance to visit one of the museum’s Collections Centre- and go on a journey of discovery with a curator to discover some art created by serving naval personnel whilst serving.

The National Museum of the Royal Navy cares for a collection of over 2.5 million items which includes stunning paintings, drawings and other art forms. In this tour visitors will visit our Dedicated Store and find out more about how our art collection is looked after and then have a chance for a closer look at some artworks created by sailors.

Directions:
After entering the Dockyard please make your way to the National Museum of the Royal Navy main reception and shop. This is in Storehouse 11 which is opposite HMS Victory. Please allow time for our security checks and to walk from the main gate to the museum.
