We have a team of experienced volunteers who can assist you with their knowledge and expertise to discover the past, whether it be your own heritage, or family, local, house or military history, wherever it may be in the UK or across the world. We have computers with free access to subscription websites such as Ancestry, Findmypast, British Newspaper Archive, and the Genealogist. A new addition is access to FamilySearch, as we are an affiliate library. We can show you links to a number of free websites that you can carry on using at home. We have a vast library of books and CDs. We will have cups of tea or coffee to enjoy whilst you are visiting our Family Research Centre.
