Following the award winning Community History Festival in March, BHASVIC is delighted to open its doors to the general public once more.
Bookable tours of the Main Building, College House and The Elms Building will be led by current students and staff. Learn how education has changed over time, from the classical references embedded in the stained glass windows to the different classroom layouts and the importance of sustainable and inclusive architecture now.
Alongside the tours, an exhibition of shared stories, people & architecture of the school and college from 1859-2026 as well as an exhibition of Community History will also be available. Please see separate event listing for further details.

Most of the College is accessible via ramps or lifts but College House is not fully step-free. Exhibition rooms will be accessible. All tours include some degree of walking, so ambulant disabled visitors may wish to explore freely at their own pace. We have self-guided tours available for those wishing to do so. Assistance dogs are welcome on site. Non-assistance dogs are not permitted. There is no general parking on site. We have very limited disabled parking which can be booked by emailing [email protected] Disabled and gender neutral toilets are available.
