A chance to learn about this important English Civil War battle.

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Register of Historic Battlefields in England the Battlefields Trust and its partner organisations are arranging a series of battlefield walks in September 2025 to coincide with Heritage Open Days.

Come and join the Battlefields Trust to explore the English Civil War battle which took place at Newbury in 1643. Tickets are limited to 30 people.

Walkers are asked to let the walk organiser know by email ([email protected]) if they would like to take lunch at the Bowler's Arms at Falkland Cricket Club following the walk.
