Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre invites you to attend our Heritage Open Day. Discover this important heritage site in the heart of Leicestershire and uncover the story of two of our most famous kings.

Explore our award-winning exhibition where you can learn what lead up to the battle, what happened on that fateful day in August 1485, and how the aftermath influenced our lives today. To really bring history to life, talk to one of our passionate volunteers. You’ll even have a chance to get up close to some of the artefacts found around the site!

Join one of our expert Guides who will help you bring what you’ve seen in the exhibition to life as they take you on a fun and informative bite-sized walk to our memorial sundial.

There will also be self-led children’s craft activities available in our Bosworth Discovery Zone and the chance to meet one of our crafty volunteers who can tell you about some of the craft activities we offer during the year!

Then why not recharge with a hot drink and light meal in our unique Tithe Barn café.

This is a perfect opportunity to uncover all that Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre has to offer and to dig a little deeper into one of the defining moments in British history.
