A walk around the village looking at its features and how it developed, both before and after the designation of Milton Keynes as a New Town, including a visit to the Church to look at the work of Stony Stratford architect Edward Swinfen Harris.

Bradwell was one of the earliest villages to be incorporated into the development of the New Town of Milton Keynes and the walk will look at the Village Plan which was produced by Milton Keynes Development Corporation to guide development. We will also visit the Church to look at the work of Stony Stratford architect Edward Swinfen Harris as well as the nearby gates to the Village Hall designed by noted local stained glass artist Harry Stammers.
