Accessibility details
There is disabled access to the Welcome Centre from the disabled parking area on site. However, part of this path does have a significant incline.

There are two pubs and a small shop at the bottom of the locks and a cafe next to the Welcome Centre at the top of the locks. There are public toilets in both carparks.
