The hall celebrates its 100-year centenary. It was created as a charitable Trust by the Duke of Devonshire in 1926, please come and see the Women's Institute and heritage room. Beeley WI is one of the oldest in the country, there is also on display photographs taken of soldiers from Beeley who took part in the Great War. Chris Boyce a local resident has researched the houses in Beeley and who lived in them and what they did in their everyday lives, his beautiful artworks of each house will also be on display.
The hall has been renovated and must be maintained for future generations to use, by September it will have recently undergone wood renovation on the outside, weather permitting.
We have also brought the Orchard back to life, now called the Queens Platinum Jubilee Orchard. Many of these old village orchards have gone, this one is now a fully registered maintained orchard.
