Central Tramway Wheelhouse Tour and Talk

During this tour and talk you will meet your hosts at the top station where you will learn about Central Tramway from its initial inception and its place in Scarborough history. You will then see some of the rarely seen original features, archives (including original ledgers, blueprints and share documents), our wheelhouse which will be operational during the visit.
You will also learn how this installation from 1881 works today, as original features meet modern age technology.
And of course before you depart no visit to Central Tramway would be complete without a complementary return ride on the tram.
