Christ Church

Christ Church, formerly Tynemouth Parish Church, was consecrated in 1668 and is located in the centre of North Shields. Rebuilt in 1792 this Georgian gem has beautiful stained glass windows and a tower with ten bells. Opportunity to visit the Ringing Chamber (Saturday only).
