Come on down to ClayLife Pottery, situated within the historic walls of the old post office and discover a place where creativity comes to life. Artisan crafters will be on hand to answer all your questions, from the different types of clays, where they come from and the different ways they need to be handled. You can even ask specific questions, like how long it takes to make a tea-cup. Every piece is handmade and will always be unique.
You can even get your hands on some of our raw clay and become a potter yourself. Try your hand at pulling and shaping clay, and for children there will be some fast-drying clay which they can shape and take home as a keepsake.
