Coombe Abbey Hotel's History

Your visit will include a guided walk with one of our resident Monks, where you will be given exciting tales of the history of Coombe Abbey Hotel; from the very beginning when it was a monastery, to the links to the gun powder plot and so much more. After your walk, you will retreat to one of our private dinning areas to enjoy a warm scone with clotted cream and preserve and of course, a cup of tea!
