Discovering St Margaret´s Church, Wolstanton

Treasure your heritage at St Margaret's, Wolstanton.

Take a tour of the churchyard and discover the "Poison Grave." A Grade 2* memorial stone that gives clues as to who the murderer might be or pay homage to Dr Henry Faulds first person to recognise the unique nature of fingerprints and their potential for forensic application.

If heights are your thing, come and take a tour of the tower which is built on old medieval foundations. Inside the church you will be able to see the tomb of the Sneyd Family and many other memorials that are dotted around the church including stain glass windows.

Displays and Exhibits will be explain much of the church´s history and those whose lives were affected by world events.

There will be a raffle with items from local businesses with the proceeds going to the repair of the spire. This is a well known landmark throughout most of North Staffordshire and is despair need of repair.
