Dorothy Whipple: her life in Blackburn

A very small display in the Library entrance foyer to reflect and celebrate Dorothy Whipple's Blackburn connections and to promote the film 'Dorothy Whipple: Beyond The Pages' which is due to be published on Blackburn with Darwen Library & Information Service's digital history website: www.cottontown.org along with other information about Dorothy by the end of August 2025. The film was commissioned by the Library Service as a result of a National Lottery grant through Arts Council England.
