Donnington Castle Gate House Guided Tours

As part of the 2026 Heritage Open Days Festival, English Heritage will be offering exclusive free guided tours of Donnington Castle. The tour will included access to the gatehouse which is normally closed to the public.
The tours will last approx 30 minutes and take place on Satuday 12 September at 2:00pm, 2:30 pm ,3:00 pm and 3:30 pm.
Booking is essential as spaces are limited on the tours. £2 parking charge applies to non-members

The site has a number of uneven surfaces, steep steps and a narrow spiral staircase. Please note this tour is suitable for ages 15 and above.
