Everyday Histories at All Saints Church
All Saints Church, Wiltshire Road, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG40 1TN
The butcher, the baker, and the candlestick maker; how have the working trades weathered the years at All Saints Church? This year, we'll be exploring stories of the church's most crucial workers - from mediaeval Norman carpenters, to Victorian restorationists, all the way to the very 21st-century stonemasons who maintain Wokingham's oldest building to this day.
Come attend a guided tour of the church, see the skyline of the town from the top of the tower, and view our exhibits on the heritage of All Saints' tradespeople and their lives over the centuries. We look forward to seeing you!
