Length of guided walk approximately 30 minutes
Historic Victorian cemetery designed by Edward Kemp; Birkenhead’s oldest cemetery which is the final resting place of many of the town’s great and good.
Guided tours around the 26 acre site will be undertaken at roughly half hour intervals subject to demand from 11:30am with the final tour commencing no later than 1:30 pm; they will include the opportunity to look inside the partly restored chapels; visitors will also learn about many of those buried within the cemetery.
