Garendon Park and St Botolph's Church

Impressive memorials to members of the Phillips family of Garendon Hall can be seen along with information about the family and nearby Garendon Park which has recently been opened to the public.

Hosted by the 'Friends of Garendon Park' learn about the 12th Century Monastery, the Palladian Hall, various Follies and Wartime history.

Pick up a leaflet for a self-guided walk through the Park, wildlife abounds. Find the ancient sequoia trees.

This event is part of Loughborough Heritage Weekend, where over a dozen local sites are opening their doors, with tours, activities, exhibitions and much more!
