Parish Church of St. Anne Turton, High Street Chapeltown, Turton, Bolton, Lancashire, BL7 0ER
The Parish Church of St Anne Turton is the host building and is Grade II listed, offering a great deal of interest to the visitor. Its organ has its own Grade II listing from the British Institute of Organ Studies as a good example of an instrument built in 1891 by Henry Willis ("Father Willis") of organ builders Henry Willis and Son.
Displays created by Turton and Edgworth CE Methodist Primary School, Womens Institute, Old Boltonians AFC, The Barlow, Turton Tower, North Turton Parish Council, Turton Local History Society, Mothers Union, Edgworth Bowling Club, 21st Bolton (St James Hob Lane) Brownies, Edgworth and District Horticultural Society, local authors, our two churches of St Anne Turton and St James Edgworth and a chance to view our Parish Registers are some of the great opportunities which will be available on the 19th September

Accessibility details
There is a first floor gallery around the church but there are no displays in that area. Access to the chancel area involves one step and is an aspect which we are striving to overcome by having a ramp available in time for the event.
