On behalf of Ramsbottom Heritage Society Nik Taylor, National Trust warden for the Stubbins estate, based at Gawthorpe Hall Padiham Burnley, is leading a walk and talk explaining natural flood management techniques.

Wednesday 16 September
Meet at 10am at Lumb Carr car park for a 3 hour walk. 
Walking via Buckden Wood with comfort break at Ranger base then up Bull Hill for overview and back to Peel Tower.
Approx 5 miles
Quite strenuous with uneven moorland tracks.
