Hidden Sleaford Hospital Almshouse Chapel

This rarely opened Almshouse Chapel stands almost untouched by time since 1844. A talk will be given by Dr Simon Pawley on the Almshouses founded by the Carre family and the two earlier chapels on this site and special features of the present chapel. Followed by a short talk by John Dale on one of the many Almshouse residents, a Crimean War Veteran.
