HMS Sultan - Airfield Museum Tour

The Airfield Museum gives the history of the surrounding area used as an airfield from 1909-1956. Learn about the world’s first “Top Gun” establishment 1917-19, and how the ‘Gosport’ method of flying training was adopted by the world. Look out for one of Gosport's astounding inventions, 'The Gosport Tube'.
Family-friendly but children must be fully supervised. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the tour.
This tour is held in conjunction with three other events at HMS SULTAN. Visitors should book each tour they wish to join at separate times in the day.

This is a military site so security requirements will be in force. Bags & cars may be searched. Photo ID is required on arrival. Parking is available on-site. Please provide your car registration number when booking. Please give individual details for ALL people (over 5 years old) on your booking. Booked places are non-transferable.
